The following information is meant to guide you in achieving your vision for an amazing master art piece. While some of these steps may feel emotionally challenging, they will help me create a highly personalized and unique work of art for you. Please let me know what concerns I can assist you with.
*Should you send personalized items to be included in a Post Event Plaster Cast, every effort will be made to return these with the art piece. Some fragile items may be affected so please take this into consideration. Photos used in an Encaustic Creation will be within the artwork so please only send copies of photos if you want an original.
**Upon receipt of payment for any custom Cremation Creation commissions, a vial will be mailed to you for return with several teaspoons of cremains, including return packaging and address. A worksheet will also be sent for you to fill out and return, including your deceased loved one’s name, dates of birth and passing, along with preferred colors or unique ideas of what you desire in your art piece. Photos and personalized items may be included. Additional communications may occur during the art work creation to ensure your vision is captured by the artist.
***A personal video clip can be included for an additional charge of the opening and pouring of cremains into either a Post Event Plaster Cast or an Encaustic Cremation Creation.
****Considering the artistic and communication processes, please allow up to 6-8 weeks for these unique personalized pieces.
